Employee Resources

Welcome! This page is your starting point for employee information, forms, and tools. These resources are available only to GUSD employees.

  • Staff Hub – Your action center. Access this area when logged into your GUSD email account to find HR-related forms, reference documents, and other helpful information. You’ll also find the Employee Handbook, which includes school business forms, procedures, and general workplace information.
  • Employee Portal – Your viewing window. Visit the portal to view or print personal employment information, such as paystubs and W-2s. (Note: The Employee Portal requires separate Frontline login credentials.)
  • Absence Management (Frontline) – Use this system to record and manage absences and substitute requests.
  • Frontline Central – Complete and store employment-related forms and onboarding documents here.
    • (Frontline Central uses the same login credentials as Absence Management, but not the Employee Portal.)

Quick Login Tips

  • Staff Hub – Use your GUSD email login. No separate Frontline credentials needed.
  • Employee Portal – Requires separate Frontline login credentials. Frontline Central or Absence Management credentials will not work here.
  • Absence Management (Frontline) – Use your Frontline login credentials. Same login as Frontline Central.
  • Frontline Central – Use the same login as Absence Management, but NOT your Employee Portal credentials.

✅ Tip: If you can log in to Absence Management, you can log in to Frontline Central.  Always use the Employee Portal separately to access paystubs and W-2s.
